제 1 장
복음을 전파하다(마 3:1-12; 눅 3:1-9, 15-17; 요 1:19-23)
1 하나님의 아들 예수 그리스도의 복음의 시작이라
2 선지자 이사야의 글에 보라 내가 내 사자를 네 앞에 보내노니 그가 네 길을 준비하리라
3 광야에 외치는 자의 소리가 있어 이르되 너희는 주의 길을 준비하라 그의 오실 길을 곧게 하라 기록된 것과 같이
4 세례 요한이 광야에 이르러 죄 사함을 받게 하는 회개의 세례를 전파하니
5 온 유대 지방과 예루살렘 사람이 다 나아가 자기 죄를 자복하고 요단 강에서 그에게 세례를 받더라
6 요한은 낙타털 옷을 입고 허리에 가죽 띠를 띠고 메뚜기와 석청을 먹더라
7 그가 전파하여 이르되 나보다 능력 많으신 이가 내 뒤에 오시나니 나는 굽혀 그의 신발끈을 풀기도 감당하지 못하겠노라
8 나는 너희에게 물로 셰례를 베풀었거니와 그는 너희에게 성령으로 세례를 베푸시리라
침례를 받으시다(마 3:13-17; 눅 3:21-22)
9 그 때에 예수께서 갈릴리 나사렛으로부터 와서 요단 강에서 요한에게 세례를 받으시고
10 곧 물에서 올라오실새 하늘이 갈라짐과 성령이 비둘기 같이 자기에게 내려오심을 보시더니
11 하늘로부터 소리가 나기를 너는 내 사랑하는 아들이라 내가 너를 기뻐하노라 하시니라
시험을 받으시다(마 4:1-11; 눅 4:1-13)
12 성령이 곧 예수를 광야로 몰아내신지라
13 광야에서 사십 일을 계시면서 사탄에게 시험을 받으시며 들짐승과 함께 계시니 천사들이 수종들더라
갈릴리에서 복음을 전파하시다(마 4:12-17; 눅 4:14-15)
14 요한이 잡힌 후 예수께서 갈릴리에 오셔서 하나님의 복음을 전파하여
15 이르시되 때가 찼고 하나님의 나라가 가까이 왔으니 회개하고 복음을 믿으라 하시더라
어부들을 부르시다(마 4:18-22; 눅 5:1-11)
16 갈릴리 해변으로 지나가시다가 시몬과 그 형제 안드레가 바다에 그물 던지는 것을 보시니 그들은 어부라
17 예수께서 이르시되 나를 따라오라 내가 너희로 사람을 낚는 어부가 되게 하리라 하시니
18 곧 그물을 버려 두고 따르니라
19 조금 더 가시다가 세베대의 아들야고보와 그 형제 요한을 보시니 그들도 배에 있어 그물을 깁는데
20 곧 부르시니 그 아버지 세베대를 품꾼들과 함께 배에 버려 두고 예수를 따라가니라
더러운 귀신 들린 사람을 고치시다(눅 4:31-37)
21 그들이 가버나움에 들어가니라 예수께서 곧 안식일에 회당에 들어가 가르치시매
22 뭇 사람이 그의 교훈에 놀라니 이는 그가 가르치시는 것이 권위 있는 자와 같고 서기관들과 같지 아니함일러라
23 마침 그들의 회당에 더러운 귀신 들린 사람이 있어 소리 질러 이르되
24 나사렛 예수여 우리가 당신과 무슨 상관이 있나이까 우리를 멸하러 왔나이까 나는 당신이 누구인 줄 아노니 하나님의 거룩한 자니이다
25 예수께서 꾸짖어 이르시되 잠잠하고 그 사람에게서 나오라 하시니
26 더러운 귀신이 그 사람에게 경련을 일으키고 큰 소리를 지르며 나오는지라
27 다 놀라 서로 물어 이르되 이는 어찜이냐 권위 있는 새 교훈이로다 더러운 귀신들에게 명한즉 순종하는도다 하더라
28 예수의 소문이 곧 온 갈릴리 사방에 퍼지더라
많은 사람을 고치시다(마 8:14-17; 눅 4:38-41)
29 회당에서 나와 곧 야고보와 요한과 함께 시몬과 안드레의 집에 들어가시니
30 시몬의 장모가 열병으로 누워 있는지라 사람들이 곧 그 여자에 대하여 예수께 여짜온대
31 나아가사 그 손을 잡아 일으키시니 열병이 떠나고 여자가 그들에게 수종드니라
32 저물어 해 질 때에 모든 병자와 귀신 들린 자를 예수께 데려오니
33 온 동네가 그 문 앞에 모였더라
34 예수께서 각종 병이 든 많은 사람을 고치시며 많은 귀신을 내쫓으시되 귀신이 자기를 알므로 그 말하는 것을 허락하지 아니하시니라
전도 여행을 떠나시다(눅 4:42-44)
35 새벽 아직도 밝기 전에 예수께서 일어나 나가 한적한 곳으로 가사 거기서 기도하시더니
36 시몬과 및 그와 함께 있는 자들이 예수의 뒤를 따라가
37 만나서 이르되 모든 사람이 주를 찾나이다
38 이르시되 우리가 다른 가까운 마을들로 가자 거기서도 전도하리니 내가 이를 위하여 왔노라 하시고
39 이에 온 갈릴리에 다니시며 그들의 여러 회당에서 전도하시고 또 귀신들을 내쫓으시더라
나병환자를 깨끗하게 하시다(마 8:1-4; 눅 5:12-16)
40 한 나병환자가 예수께 와서 꿇어 엎드려 간구하여 이르되 원하시면 저를 깨끗하게 하실 수 있나이다
41 예수께서 불쌍히 여기사 손을 내밀어 그에게 대시며 이르시되 내가 원하노니 깨끗함을 받으라 하시니
42 곧 나병이 그 사람에게서 떠나가고 깨끗하여진지라
43 곧 보내시며 엄히 경고하사
44 이르시되 삼가 아무에게 아무 말도 하지 말고 가서 네 몸을 제사장에게 보이고 네가 깨끗하게 되었으니 모세가 명한 것을 드려 그들에게 입증하라 하셨더라
45 그러나 그 사람이 나가서 이 일을 많이 전파하여 널리 퍼지게 하니 그러므로 예수께서 다시는 드러나게 동네에 들어가지 못하시고 오직 바깥 한적한 곳에 계셨으나 사방에서 사람들이 그에게로 나아오더라

CAPÍTULO 1
Jesús es bautizado por Juan — Jesús predica el Evangelio, llama discípulos, expulsa demonios, sana a los enfermos y limpia a un leproso.
1 Principio del aevangelio de Jesucristo, Hijo de Dios.
2Como está escrito en Isaías, el profeta:He aquí yo envío a mi amensajero delante de tu faz,que preparará tu camino delante de ti.
3aVoz del que clama en el desierto:Preparad el camino del Señor;enderezad sus sendas.
4 Bautizaba aJuan en el desierto y predicaba el bbautismo de carrepentimiento para dremisión de pecados.
5 Y salía a él toda la provincia de Judea y los de Jerusalén; y eran todos bautizados por él en el río Jordán, aconfesando sus pecados.
6 Y Juan andaba vestido de pelo de camello y con un cinto de cuero alrededor de sus lomos; y comía langostas y miel silvestre.
7 Y predicaba, diciendo: Viene tras mí el que es más poderoso que yo, a quien no soy digno de desatar, encorvado, la correa de sus sandalias.
8 Yo a la verdad os he bautizado con agua, amas él os bautizará con el bEspíritu Santo.
9 Y aconteció en aquellos días que Jesús vino de Nazaret de Galilea, y fue abautizado por Juan en el Jordán.
10 E inmediatamente, asubiendo del agua, vio abrirse los cielos y al Espíritu como bpaloma que descendía sobre él.
11 Y vino una voz de los cielos que decía: Tú eres mi Hijo Amado; en ti me complazco.
12 aY enseguida el Espíritu le impulsó a ir al desierto.
13 Y estuvo allí en el desierto cuarenta días y era tentado por Satanás; y estaba con las fieras, y los ángeles le servían.
14 Y después que Juan fue encarcelado, Jesús fue a Galilea predicando el evangelio del reino de Dios,
15 y diciendo: El tiempo se ha cumplido, y el areino de Dios se ha acercado; arrepentíos y bcreed en el evangelio.
16 Y pasando junto al mar de Galilea, vio a Simón y a su hermano Andrés que echaban la red en el mar, porque eran pescadores.
17 Y les dijo Jesús: Venid en pos de mí, y haré que seáis apescadores de hombres.
18 Y al instante, dejando sus redes, le siguieron.
19 Y pasando de allí un poco más adelante, vio a aJacobo hijo de Zebedeo, y a su hermano Juan; y ellos también estaban en la barca, remendando las redes.
20 Y enseguida los llamó; y dejando a su padre Zebedeo en la barca con los jornaleros, fueron en pos de él.
21 Y entraron en Capernaúm; y enseguida en el día de reposo, entrando en la sinagoga, enseñaba.
22 Y se admiraban de su doctrina, porque les enseñaba como quien tiene aautoridad y no como los bescribas.
23 Y había en la sinagoga de ellos un hombre con aespíritu inmundo, el cual dio voces,
24 diciendo: ¡Ah!, a¿qué tienes con nosotros, Jesús de Nazaret? ¿Has venido a destruirnos? Sé quién eres: el Santo de Dios.
25 Y Jesús le areprendió, diciendo: ¡Enmudece y sal de él!
26 Y el espíritu inmundo, asacudiéndole con violencia y clamando a gran voz, salió de él.
27 Y todos se maravillaron, de tal manera que discutían entre sí, diciendo: ¿Qué es esto? ¿Qué nueva doctrina es esta, que con autoridad manda aun a los espíritus inmundos, y le obedecen?
28 Y su fama se difundió rápidamente por toda la provincia alrededor de Galilea.
29 Y al salir de la sinagoga, fueron a casa de Simón y de Andrés, con Jacobo y Juan.
30 Y la suegra de Simón estaba acostada con fiebre; y enseguida le hablaron de ella.
31 Entonces, acercándose él, la tomó de la mano y la levantó; y al instante la dejó la fiebre, y ella les servía.
32 Y cuando cayó la tarde, luego que el sol se puso, le trajeron todos los que estaban enfermos y los endemoniados;
33 y toda la ciudad se agolpó a la puerta.
34 Y asanó a muchos que estaban enfermos de diversas enfermedades y echó fuera muchos bdemonios; y no dejaba hablar a los demonios, porque lo conocían.
35 Y levantándose muy de mañana, siendo aún muy oscuro, salió y se fue a un lugar desierto, y allí oraba.
36 Y le buscaron Simón y los que estaban con él;
37 y hallándole, le dijeron: Todos te buscan.
38 Y él les dijo: Vamos a los lugares vecinos, para que predique también allí, porque para esto he venido.
39 Y predicaba en las sinagogas de ellos en toda Galilea, y echaba fuera los ademonios.
40 Y vino a él un aleproso, rogándole; y arrodillándose, le dijo: Si quieres, puedes blimpiarme.
41 Y Jesús, teniendo amisericordia de él, extendió su mano, y le tocó y le dijo: Quiero; sé limpio.
42 Y en cuanto hubo él hablado, de inmediato la lepra se fue de aquel, y quedó limpio.
43 Entonces le advirtió estrictamente, y le despidió enseguida
44 y le dijo: Mira, no digas a nadie nada, sino ve, muéstrate al sacerdote y ofrece por tu purificación lo que Moisés mandó, para testimonio a ellos.
45 Pero él salió y comenzó a publicarlo mucho y a divulgar el hecho, de manera que ya Jesús no podía entrar abiertamente en la ciudad, sino que se quedaba fuera en los lugares desiertos; y venían a él de todas partes.
THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TOST MARK
CHAPTER 1
Jesus is baptized by John—He preaches the gospel, calls disciples, casts out devils, heals the sick, and cleanses a leper.
1 The beginning of the agospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;
2 As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my amessenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.
3 The avoice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.
4 John did baptize in the wilderness, and apreach the bbaptism of crepentance for the dremission of sins.
5 And there went out unto him all the land of Judæa, and they of Jerusalem, and were all abaptized of him in the river of Jordan, bconfessing their sins.
6 And John was aclothed with bcamel’s hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins; and he did eat clocusts and wild honey;
7 And preached, saying, There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose.
8 I indeed have baptized you with water: abut he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.
9 And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was abaptized of John in Jordan.
10 And straightway coming aup out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a bdove descending upon him:
11 And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
12 aAnd immediately the Spirit driveth him into the bwilderness.
13 And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.
14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, apreaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,
15 And saying, The atime is fulfilled, and the bkingdom of God cis at hand: drepent ye, and ebelieve the gospel.
16 Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
17 And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become afishers of men.
18 And straightway they forsook their nets, and followed him.
19 And when he had gone a little further thence, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the ship mending their nets.
20 And straightway he called them: and they left their father Zebedee in the ship with the hired servants, and went after him.
21 And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and ataught.
22 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had aauthority, and not as the bscribes.
23 And there was in their synagogue a man with an aunclean spirit; and he cried out,
24 Saying, Let us alone; awhat have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the bHoly One of God.
25 And Jesus arebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him.
26 And when the unclean spirit had atorn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him.
27 And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with aauthority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.
28 And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee.
29 And forthwith, when they were come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.
30 But Simon’s wife’s mother lay sick of a fever, and aanon they tell him of her.
31 And he came and took her by the hand, and alifted her up; and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered unto them.
32 And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils.
33 And all the city was gathered together at the door.
34 And he ahealed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many bdevils; and csuffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him.
35 And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.
36 And Simon and they that were with him followed after him.
37 And when they had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee.
38 And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may apreach there also: for therefore came I forth.
39 And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out adevils.
40 And there came a aleper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me bclean.
41 And Jesus, moved with acompassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.
42 And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.
43 And he astraitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away;
44 And saith unto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
45 But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to ablaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter.
