제 15 장
잃은 양을 찾은 목자 비유(마 18:12-14)
1 모든 세리와 죄인들이 말씀을 들으러 가까이 나아오니
2 바리새인과 서기관들이 수군거려 이르되 이 사람이 죄인을 영접하고 음식을 같이 먹는다 하더라
3 예수께서 그들에게 이 비유로 이르시되
4 너희 중에 어떤 사람이 양 백 마리가 있는데 그 중의 하나를 잃으면 아흔아홉 마리를 들에 두고 그 잃은 것을 찾아내기까지 찾아다니지 아니하겠느냐
5 또 찾아낸즉 즐거워 어깨에 메고
6 집에 와서 그 벗과 이웃을 불러 모으고 말하되 나와 함께 즐기자 나의 잃은 양을 찾아내었노라 하리라
7 내가 너희에게 이르노니 이와 같이 죄인 한 사람이 회개하면 하늘에서는 회개할 것 없는 의인 아흔아홉으로 말미암아 기뻐하는 것보다 더하리라
잃은 드라크마를 찾은 여인 비유
8 어떤 여자가 열 드라크마가 있는데 하나를 잃으면 등불을 켜고 집을 쓸며 찾아내기까지 부지런히 찾지 아니하겠느냐
9 또 찾아낸즉 벗과 이웃을 불러 모으고 말하되 나와 함께 즐기자 잃은 드라크마를 찾아내었노라 하리라
10 내가 너희에게 이르노니 이와 같이 죄인 한 사람이 회개하면 하나님의 사자들 앞에 기쁨이 되느니라
잃은 아들을 되찾은 아버지 비유
11 또 이르시되 어떤 사람에게 두 아들이 있는데
12 그 둘째가 아버지에게 말하되 아버지여 재산 중에서 내게 돌아올 분깃을 내게 주소서 하는지라 아버지가 그 살림을 각각 나눠 주었더니
13 그 후 며칠이 안 되어 둘째 아들이 재물을 다 모아 가지고 먼 나라에 가 거기서 허랑방탕하여 그 재산을 낭비하더니
14 다 없앤 후 그 나라에 크게 흉년이 들어 그가 비로소 궁핍한지라
15 가서 그 나라 백성 중 한 사람에게 붙여 사니 그가 그를 들로 보내어 돼지를 치게 하였는데
16 그가 돼지 먹는 쥐엄 열매로 배를 채우고자 하되 주는 자가 없는지라
17 이에 스스로 돌이켜 이르되 내 아버지에게는 양식이 풍족한 품꾼이 얼마나 많은가 나는 여기서 주려 죽는구나
18 내가 일어나 아버지께 가서 이르기를 아버지 내가 하늘과 아버지께 죄를 지었사오니
19 지금부터는 아버지의 아들이라 일컬음을 감당하지 못하겠나이다 나를 품꾼의 하나로 보소서 하리라 하고
20 이에 일어나서 아버지께로 돌아가니라 아직도 거리가 먼데 아버지가 그를 보고 측은히 여겨 달려가 목을 안고 입을 맞추니
21 아들이 이르되 아버지 내가 하늘과 아버지께 죄를 지었사오니 지금부터는 아버지의 아들이라 일컬음을 감당하지 못하겠나이다 하나
22 아버지는 종들에게 이르되 제일 좋은 옷을 내어다가 입히고 손에 가락지를 끼우고 발에 신을 신기라
23 그리고 살진 송아지를 끌어다가 잡으라 우리가 먹고 즐기자
24 이 내 아들은 죽었다가 다시 살아났으며 내가 잃었다가 다시 얻었노라 하니 그들이 즐거워하더라
25 맏아들은 밭에 있다가 돌아와 집에 가까이 왔을 때에 풍악과 춤추는 소리를 듣고
26 한 종을 불러 이 무슨 일인가 물은대
27 대답하되 당신의 동생이 돌아왔으매 당신의 아버지가 건강한 그를 다시 맞아들이게 됨으로 인하여 살진 송아지를 잡았나이다 하니
28 그가 노하여 들어가고자 하지 아니하거늘 아버지가 나와서 권한대
29 아버지께 대답하여 이르되 내가 여러 해 아버지를 섬겨 명을 어김이 없거늘 내게는 염소 새끼라도 주어 나와 내 벗으로 즐기게 하신 일이 없더니
30 아버지의 살림을 창녀들과 함께 삼켜 버린 이 아들이 돌아오매 이를 위하여 살진 송아지를 잡으셨나이다
31 아버지가 이르되 얘 너는 항상 나와 함께 있으니 내 것이 다 네 것이로되
32 이 네 동생은 죽었다가 살아났으며 내가 잃었다가 얻었기로 우리가 즐거워하고 기뻐하는 것이 마땅하다 하니라
CAPÍTULO 15
Jesús enseña las parábolas de la oveja perdida, de la moneda perdida y del hijo pródigo.
1 Y se acercaban a Jesús todos los apublicanos y pecadores para oírle.
2 Y los fariseos y los escribas murmuraban, diciendo: Este a los pecadores recibe y con ellos come.
3 Y él les relató esta parábola, diciendo:
4 ¿Qué hombre de vosotros, si tiene cien ovejas y se le pierde una de ellas, no deja las noventa y nueve aen el desierto y va tras la que se le bperdió, hasta que la halla?
5 Y al encontrarla, la pone sobre sus hombros gozoso;
6 y cuando llega a casa, reúne a los amigos y a los vecinos, diciéndoles: Alegraos conmigo, porque he hallado mi oveja que se había perdido.
7 Os digo que así habrá más gozo en el cielo por un pecador que se aarrepiente que por noventa y nueve justos que no necesitan de arrepentimiento.
8 ¿O qué mujer que tiene diez dracmas, si pierde una adracma, no enciende una lámpara, y barre la casa y busca con diligencia hasta hallarla?
9 Y cuando la encuentra, reúne a las amigas y a las vecinas, diciendo: Alegraos conmigo, porque he hallado la dracma que había perdido.
10 Así os digo que hay gozo delante de los ángeles de Dios por un apecador que se arrepiente.
11 También dijo: Un hombre tenía dos hijos,
12 y el menor de ellos dijo a su padre: Padre, dame la parte de los bienes que me corresponde; y les repartió los bienes.
13 Y no muchos días después, juntándolo todo, el hijo menor se fue lejos a una provincia apartada; y allí desperdició sus bienes aviviendo perdidamente.
14 Y cuando todo lo hubo malgastado, vino una gran hambre en aquella provincia y comenzó a pasar necesidad.
15 Entonces fue y se acercó a uno de los ciudadanos de aquella tierra, el que le envió a su hacienda para que apacentase cerdos.
16 Y deseaba llenar su vientre con las algarrobas que comían los cerdos, pero nadie se las daba.
17 Y avolviendo en sí, dijo: ¡Cuántos jornaleros en casa de mi padre tienen abundancia de pan, y yo aquí perezco de hambre!
18 Me levantaré e iré a mi padre, y le diré: Padre, ahe pecado contra el cielo y contra ti;
19 ya no soy digno de ser llamado tu hijo; hazme como a uno de tus jornaleros.
20 Entonces, se levantó y fue a su padre. Y cuando aún estaba lejos, lo vio su padre y fue movido a amisericordia, y corrió, y se echó sobre su cuello y le besó.
21 Y el hijo le dijo: Padre, he pecado contra el cielo y contra ti, y ya no soy adigno de ser llamado tu hijo.
22 Pero el padre dijo a sus siervos: Sacad la mejor ropa y vestidle; y poned un anillo en su mano y sandalias en sus pies.
23 Y traed el becerro gordo y matadlo, y comamos y hagamos fiesta,
24 porque este, mi hijo, muerto era y ha revivido; se había perdido y ha sido hallado. Y comenzaron a regocijarse.
25 Y su hijo mayor estaba en el campo, y cuando vino y llegó cerca de la casa, oyó la música y las danzas;
26 y llamando a uno de los criados, le preguntó qué era aquello.
27 Y el criado le dijo: Tu hermano ha venido, y tu padre ha hecho matar el becerro gordo por haberle recibido sano y salvo.
28 Entonces se enojó y no quería entrar. Salió, por tanto, su padre y le rogaba que entrase.
29 Pero él, respondiendo, dijo al padre: He aquí tantos años hace que te sirvo, no habiéndote desobedecido jamás, y nunca me has dado ni un cabrito para alegrarme con mis amigos.
30 Pero cuando vino este, tu hijo, que ha consumido tus bienes con rameras, has hecho matar para él el becerro gordo.
31 Él entonces le dijo: Hijo, tú siempre estás conmigo, y atodas mis cosas son tuyas.
32 Pero era menester hacer fiesta y regocijarnos, porque este, tu hermano, muerto era y ha revivido; se había perdido y ha sido hallado.
CHAPTER 15
Jesus gives the parables of the lost sheep, the piece of silver, and the prodigal son.
1 Then drew near unto him all the apublicans and sinners for to hear him.
2 And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, This man receiveth sinners, and eateth with them.
3 ¶ And he spake this parable unto them, saying,
4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine ain the wilderness, and go after that which is blost, until he find it?
5 And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.
6 And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.
7 I say unto you, that likewise ajoy shall be in heaven over one bsinner that crepenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
8 ¶ Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one apiece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it?
9 And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost.
10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the aangels of God over one bsinner that repenteth.
11 ¶ And he said, A certain man had two sons:
12 And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of agoods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living.
13 And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there awasted his bsubstance with criotous living.
14 And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want.
15 And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.
16 And he awould fain have filled his belly with the bhusks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.
17 And when he acame to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!
18 I will aarise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have bsinned against heaven, and before thee,
19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.
20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had acompassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.
21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more aworthy to be called thy bson.
22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:
24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.
25 Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing.
26 And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.
27 And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound.
28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and entreated him.
29 And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:
30 But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf.
31 And he said unto him, aSon, thou art ever with me, and ball that I have is thine.
32 It was ameet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.
