제 25 장

찬송을 맡은 사람들

1   다윗이 군대 지휘관들과 더불어 아삽과 헤만과 여두둔의 자손 중에서 구별하여 섬기게 하되 수금과 비파와 제금을 잡아 1)신령한 노래를 하게 하였으니 그 직무대로 일하는 자의 수효는 이러하니라

2   아삽의 아들들은 삭굴과 요셉과 느다냐와 아사렐라니 이 아삽의 아들들이 아삽의 지휘 아래 왕의 명령을 따라 1)신령한 노래를 하며

3   여두둔에게 이르러서는 그의 아들들 그달리야와 스리와 여사야와 2)시므이와 하사뱌와 맛디디야 여섯 사람이니 그의 아버지 여두둔의 지휘 아래 수금을 잡아 1)신령한 노래를 하며 여호와께 감사하며 찬양하며

4   헤만에게 이르러는 그의 아들들 북기야와 맛다냐와 웃시엘과 스브엘과 여리못과 하나냐와 하나니와 엘리아다와 깃달디와 로맘디에셀과 요스브가사와 말로디와 호딜과 마하시옷이라

5   이는 다 헤만의 아들들이니 나팔을 부는 자들이며 헤만은 하나님의 말씀을 가진 왕의 선견자라 하나님이 헤만에게 열네 아들과 세 딸을 주셨더라

6   이들이 다 그들의 아버지의 지휘 아래 제금과 비파와 수금을 잡아 여호와의 전에서 노래하여 하나님의 전을 섬겼으며 아삽과 여두둔과 헤만은 왕의 지휘 아래 있었으니

7   그들과 모든 형제 곧 여호와 찬송하기를 배워 익숙한 자의 수효가 이백팔십팔 명이라

8   이 무리의 큰 자나 작은 자나 스승이나 제자를 막론하고 다같이 제비 뽑아 직임을 얻었으니

9   첫째로 제비 뽑힌 자는 아삽의 아들 중 요셉이요 둘째는 그달리야이니 그와 그의 형제들과 아들들 십이 명이요

10   셋째는 삭굴이니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

11   넷째는 이스리이니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

12   다섯째는 느다냐니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

13   여섯째는 북기야니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

14   일곱째는 여사렐라니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

15   여덟째는 여사야니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

16   아홉째는 맛다냐니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

17   열째는 시므이니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

18   열한째는 아사렐이니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

19   열두째는 하사뱌니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

20   열셋째는 수바엘이니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

21   열넷째는 맛디디야니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

22   열다섯째는 여레못이니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

23   열여섯째는 하나냐니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

24   열일곱째는 요스브가사니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

25   열여덟째는 하나니니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

26   열아홉째는 말로디니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

27   스무째는 엘리아다니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

28   스물한째는 호딜이니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

29   스물두째는 깃달디니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

30   스물셋째는 마하시옷이니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이요

31   스물넷째는 로맘디에셀이니 그의 아들들과 형제들과 십이 명이었더라

1Asimismo David y los jefes del ejército apartaron para el ministerio a los hijos de Asaf, de Hemán y de Jedutún, para que profetizasen con arpas, salterios y címbalos; y el número de ellos, hombres idóneos para la obra de su ministerio, fue: 2De los hijos de Asaf: Zacur, José, Netanías y Asarela, hijos de Asaf, bajo la dirección de Asaf, el cual profetizaba bajo las órdenes del rey. 3De los hijos de Jedutún: Gedalías, Zeri, Jesaías, Hasabías, Matatías y Simei; seis, bajo la dirección de su padre Jedutún, el cual profetizaba con arpa, para aclamar y alabar a Jehová. 4De los hijos de Hemán: Buquías, Matanías, Uziel, Sebuel, Jeremot, Hananías, Hanani, Eliata, Gidalti, Romanti-ezer, Josbecasa, Maloti, Hotir y Mahaziot. 5Todos estos fueron hijos de Hemán, vidente del rey en las cosas de Dios, para exaltar su poder; y Dios dio a Hemán catorce hijos y tres hijas. 6Y todos estos estaban bajo la dirección de su padre en la música, en la casa de Jehová, con címbalos, salterios y arpas, para el ministerio del templo de Dios. Asaf, Jedutún y Hemán estaban por disposición del rey. 7Y el número de ellos, con sus hermanos, instruidos en el canto para Jehová, todos los aptos, fue doscientos ochenta y ocho. 8Y echaron suertes para servir por turnos, entrando el pequeño con el grande, lo mismo el maestro que el discípulo.

9La primera suerte salió por Asaf, para José; la segunda para Gedalías, quien con sus hermanos e hijos fueron doce; 10la tercera para Zacur, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 11la cuarta para Izri, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 12la quinta para Netanías, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 13la sexta para Buquías, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 14la séptima para Jesarela, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 15la octava para Jesahías, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 16la novena para Matanías, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 17la décima para Simei, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 18la undécima para Azareel, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 19la duodécima para Hasabías, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 20la decimatercera para Subael, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 21la decimacuarta para Matatías, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 22la decimaquinta para Jeremot, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 23la decimasexta para Hananías, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 24la decimaséptima para Josbecasa, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 25la decimaoctava para Hanani, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 26la decimanovena para Maloti, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 27la vigésima para Eliata, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 28la vigesimaprimera para Hotir, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 29la vigesimasegunda para Gidalti, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 30la vigesimatercera para Mahaziot, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce; 31la vigesimacuarta para Romanti-ezer, con sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.

David Organizes the Musicians

1David and the chiefs of the service also set apart for the service the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who prophesied with lyres, with harps, and with cymbals. The list of those who did the work and of their duties was: 2Of the sons of Asaph: Zaccur, Joseph, Nethaniah, and Asharelah, sons of Asaph, under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied under the direction of the king. 3Of Jeduthun, the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Shimei, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the direction of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with the lyre in thanksgiving and praise to the Lord. 4Of Heman, the sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, Mahazioth. 5All these were the sons of Heman the king’s seer, according to the promise of God to exalt him, for God had given Heman fourteen sons and three daughters. 6They were all under the direction of their father in the music in the house of the Lord with cymbals, harps, and lyres for the service of the house of God. Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman were under the order of the king. 7The number of them along with their brothers, who were trained in singing to the Lord, all who were skillful, was 288. 8And they cast lots for their duties, small and great, teacher and pupil alike.

9The first lot fell for Asaph to Joseph; the second to Gedaliah, to him and his brothers and his sons, twelve; 10the third to Zaccur, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 11the fourth to Izri, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 12the fifth to Nethaniah, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 13the sixth to Bukkiah, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 14the seventh to Jesharelah, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 15the eighth to Jeshaiah, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 16the ninth to Mattaniah, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 17the tenth to Shimei, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 18the eleventh to Azarel, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 19the twelfth to Hashabiah, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 20to the thirteenth, Shubael, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 21to the fourteenth, Mattithiah, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 22to the fifteenth, to Jeremoth, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 23to the sixteenth, to Hananiah, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 24to the seventeenth, to Joshbekashah, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 25to the eighteenth, to Hanani, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 26to the nineteenth, to Mallothi, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 27to the twentieth, to Eliathah, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 28to the twenty-first, to Hothir, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 29to the twenty-second, to Giddalti, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 30to the twenty-third, to Mahazioth, his sons and his brothers, twelve; 31to the twenty-fourth, to Romamti-ezer, his sons and his brothers, twelve.
